How to take good care of your Bonsoirs pillow?
Your pillow is very durable, but take care of it anyway.
Washing at 30° max is recommended, on average once or twice a year. In order to preserve its fluffy and plump appearance, it is essential to put your pillow in the dryer on a gentle cycle, first placing 2-3 tennis balls in the drum. Before enjoying your pillow again, make sure the duvet is completely dry. If you don't have a dryer, give your darling pillow a quick trip to the laundromat or dry cleaners!
Where are Bonsoirs pillows made?
We have selected for you the best of the workshops located... in France and more precisely in the South-West. This workshop with ancestral craftsmanship (more than 100 years old, that's starting to hurt a lot!) works exclusively with top-of-the-range materials and 100% natural down which does not undergo any chemical treatment and which is naturally anti-mite.
Why did you choose natural down and not synthetic fibres?
We have chosen to work with natural materials, and more particularly duck down, for 3 main reasons:
- The natural pillow has a lifespan 3x longer than a synthetic pillow
- The natural pillow absorbs moisture better and prevents night sweats
- The natural pillow provides incomparable swelling and softness
Which pillow to choose between soft and medium-firm?
Our two pillows are suitable for all adults and your choice is above all a matter of taste. If your heart hesitates, you can always choose your pillow according to your sleeping position.
- Semi-firm pillow: prefer the Bonsoirs pillow with semi-firm comfort if you sleep more on your side or your back, this one is the most chosen by our customers. It will also be ideal as an extra pillow for reading or watching a movie.
- Soft pillow: prefer the Bonsoirs pillow with soft comfort if you mainly sleep on your stomach.
