What is Bonsoir's exchange policy?
Did you get the wrong size or the color doesn't suit you? We accept exchanges of unwashed and unused products within the limit of 60 nights following your purchase. Of course, we bear the delivery costs. Send an email to bonjour@bonsoirs.com specifying your order number and we will send you the procedure for printing your return slip.
What is Bonsoir's return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Bonsoir sheets, no problem! You have 60 nights to return your products to us. Send an email to bonjour@bonsoirs.com specifying your order number and we will send you the procedure for printing your return slip. The refund is made within 15 days and will be made automatically to the account associated with the credit card used during the purchase or to the Paypal account used for payment.
What happens to products returned to you?
If the products have not been used or washed, we simply put them back in stock. Otherwise, products that cannot be put back on sale are repackaged by our logistics teams. We then donate it to 2 Emmaüs structures in France, in Angers and Gérardmer.
