If all the products in your order are in stock, it will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). For orders with embroidery, please note an additional tailoring time. You will be delivered in 2-3 working days after dispatch of your order for delivery in France via Colissimo, in 3 to 5 days for delivery to relay points, and in 24 to 48 hours for express delivery via Chronopost.

At Bonsoirs, we advise you to wash your bed and bath linen at 60° maximum. It is best to avoid too high temperatures and spin speeds which damage the laundry and consume energy. Frequently, laundries maintain your sheets at temperatures that are too high. We therefore advise you to inquire with your cleaning company before ordering from Bonsoirs, in order to ensure that these maintenance conditions are respected for a better life of your products.

We offer an embroidery personalization service on many of our products. You will be able to have a text of 10 characters (or 3 for our bathrobes) maximum embroidered among 6 colors of thread available. However, in order to respect our commitments to our workshops and ensure you a fair price on all our products, we cannot respond to requests for tailor-made projects.

If unfortunately you are not completely satisfied with your Bonsoirs order, you can return or exchange your Bonsoirs products provided that they have not been used or washed within 60 days of receipt of your order. In addition, embroidered products are unique and personalized, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. So be sure to check the content and color of your desired embroidery before confirming your order.
