Delivery

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will then be notified by email of the shipment of your order. This email will contain a tracking number so that you are kept informed of each step during delivery.

You will be delivered in 2-3 working days after dispatch of your order for delivery in France via Colissimo, in 3 to 5 days for delivery to relay points, and in 24 to 48 hours for express delivery via Chronopost.

For orders with embroidery, please note an additional tailoring time: orders are embroidered and shipped within 7 days.

Shipping cost

Delivery in metropolitan France is free from 100€ of purchase via Mondial Relay. Below this amount, delivery is €6.90 via Colissimo and €4.50 via Mondial Relay. For orders ranging from €100 to €150, delivery via Colissimo is €5.90. Beyond 150€, delivery is also free via Colissimo.

We also offer express delivery via Chronopost. The delivery will then be 10€ whatever the amount of your order.

For the countries of the European Union, the delivery is 10€. The delivery time is 4 to 6 working days after dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

At Bonsoirs you have 60 nights to change your mind and get your money back.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 60 nights to return your products to us free of charge and have your order refunded (excluding delivery costs). The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product. It will automatically apply to the account associated with the credit card used during the purchase or to the PayPal account used for payment.

Our refund conditions only apply to individuals. For companies, the products are neither taken back nor exchanged if they have been washed or used.

Did you get the wrong size or the color doesn't suit you? No problem, you have 60 nights to exchange your products with no return costs . To proceed with an exchange, the products must be returned clean and folded.

To proceed with an exchange or a return, send an email to bonjour@bonsoirs.com specifying the order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the procedure to print your return slip.

Embroidered products are unique and personalized. They will therefore not be taken back or exchanged! Check your initials and the color of your embroidery carefully before confirming your order.

And we give a second life to the Bonsoirs that are returned to us.

Products that cannot be put back on sale are repackaged by our logistics teams to donate them to an organization close to our hearts: Emmaüs France. With this partnership, we are committed to encouraging the development and reuse activities of 2 structures in the Emmaüs network, and thus supporting a cause that is dear to us!
