Washing linen: our advice to follow

Cold or high temperature wash? Tumble dry or not? In this video , we explain, step by step, how to properly wash your linen sheets. Good evening.

Cold wash (no more than 40°C)

To wash linen sheets in the machine, use a cold wash, as it is a material that tends to shrink. The temperature should not exceed 40°C. No fabric softener, as this could encourage the appearance of small pills. For liquid detergent, pour the product directly into the drawer and not into the drum.

A spin at 800 revolutions maximum

Choose gentle spinning for washed linen sheets. Do not exceed 800 revolutions. This could damage the material and create breaks in the fiber due to friction.

Air drying

Air dry your linen sheets. This way, they will maintain their comfort and integrity for longer. But avoid leaving linen under the blazing sun so as not to stiffen the fiber.

If you really want machine drying, choose a short drying cycle at a moderate temperature to avoid pilling.

And There you go ! We told you that washing linen was child's play!
