Step 02. Which filling to choose?
Down and feathers for high-end comfort.
For our 100% natural duvet, we chose to work with duck down because it is the best compromise that our team could find between high-end comfort and an ethical approach.
We are very attentive to animal welfare: the manufacturing of our products is therefore made from 100% French and 100% traceable feathers and down, which come exclusively from feather and down finishing channels, and collected from French breedings. On this point, we are uncompromising and await a formal commitment from our workshop.

Synthetic filling for a down feel (without down!)
Step 03. The carefully studied Down - Feather mix
We took on the challenge of finding synthetic filling with high-end comfort! OUR synthetic duvet was made from ultra-fine polyester fibers that are "blown" into the comforter. This gives a down feel (without the down!). And what’s more, our fibers are 100% recycled from plastic bottles!
Did you know ? Cheap synthetic duvets are known for being too hot, noisy and uncomfortable... This is partly due to the manufacturing technique: the filling is called "topping", that is to say that several layers of polyester wadding (hello sweaty nights!).

Step 04. What weight for my duvet?
The weight of your duvet is chosen according to the season but also... if you are hot at night!

In this case, you have two options:
- The 100% natural duvet : We opted for a weight of 220gr/m2 because it is the ideal weight for an ultra-fluffy and bouncy duvet, but which remains very light to avoid suffocation at night!

The synthetic duvet: synthetic fibers require more filling to achieve the same warmth as a natural duvet. This is why we opted for the ideal weight of 350gr/m2, to feel good in both summer and winter and which remains plump and soft!

No need to give up the pleasure of sleeping in a fluffy duvet! Breathable and featherweight (135gr/m2), the 100% natural and high-end filling of our natural duvet in a light version is ideal for optimal comfort.

Step 05... And whatever your choice, all our duvets are ultra-resistant and have super neat finishes!
It’s THE final touch that makes all the difference: the finishes. Our French partner workshops have more than 100 years of experience on the subject.
We therefore chose a down proof envelope to prevent the filling from fading over the years, because we like it when it lasts. And just for the pleasure of the eyes, we added a little gray edging in the Bonsoirs colors which highlights the immaculate white of the duvet.
