Over the past few months, the Binge Sleeping trend has crossed borders to reach our beautiful France and the followers of this trend have multiplied in a few months (thanks to the winter weather).
What is Binge Sleeping?
The principle of Binge Sleeping is quite simple, you sleep, sleep and sleep, again and again throughout the day (how hard life is). So imagine it's Sunday, you can go to brunch, discover your city, or meet friends in a bar... but no, today you're going to binge 😉
So get ready, you're going to catch up on all that sleep you've accumulated over the past few weeks. Around 10 o'clock, when you wake up, do only one thing, close your little eyes, you will see that sleep will return by itself. Do this throughout your Sunday, you can take a break to fill your stomach, but no more, you will see that the day will pass quickly (after all, your nights in the middle of the week pass too quickly them too).
But be careful all the same
Well, overall, it will be good for your sleep, but we prefer to warn you, Monday morning will be more complicated.
You wonder why ? Well, quite simply because you will have hibernated for almost a full day, and as Sunday evening approaches, you will no longer be sleepy (And yes, hello sleepless night reading or watching TV) .
