Is it possible to choose a delivery directly at home?

Yes - Home deliveries are always possible via our partners Colissimo and Chronopost. We also inform you that the delivery of your package will be contactless!


Are delivery times impacted by the Covid-19 crisis?

Yes - We do our best to deliver your orders as soon as possible. But be aware that delivery times will be extended due to the health crisis we are going through.


Is it possible to choose a relay point delivery via Mondial Relay?

No - In accordance with government instructions, we have suspended deliveries to Point Relais.


How does Bonsoirs provide support in the face of this crisis?

Can I exceptionally wash my Bonsoirs at 60°?

Yes - We normally recommend washing your sheets at 40°, but our 100% long staple cotton can withstand washes at 60° just fine, just be sure to limit spin speeds.


I would like to exchange or return, is this possible?
